Experian asked me to pick up the UI design work of a new suite of tools they were creating called Ascend Intelligence Services. I helped create three different tools, most specifically one called Acquire, which helped Credit Unions and customers like it optimize their credit strategy based on credit appetite.
Working closely with a Product Owner, he and I reshaped existing designs and leveraged the Experian design system to create tools based on user types, careful to harmonize designs with existing tools. For this project, I focused on creating a full prototype for the Consultant, Analyst, and Client users, and then a full flow for the three of them.
I then assisted in implementation with development, to ensure there were no design assets outstanding, frequently updating designs as necessary.
